I watched a two-year-old girl, radiating pure feminine essence, playing, laughing, crying – truly being. Before societal pressures taught her to suppress her emotions, she embodied a strength that came from vulnerability, not the forced strength we're often told to adopt.

For years, I was "strong as an ox." I believed I could handle everything, that I was the solution to everyone's problems. But this "strength" left me unable to cry, to ask for help, to simply be vulnerable. I was disconnected from my true self.

Many of us have had to be strong for survival, for safety. But that doesn't mean we have to stay in that place forever. When I finally slowed down, when I created a safe space for myself, I discovered the power of vulnerability. It's the feminine way. It's about creating an environment of respect, grounding yourself, and allowing yourself to heal and grow.

Once I embraced vulnerability, I reconnected with my soul's blueprint. I learned to express my needs and to trust my intuition. True power isn't about suppressing emotions; it's about understanding them, honoring them, and using them to fuel your growth. If you're constantly in a state of fight, flight, or freeze, you're not in your true power. Your current reality is a reflection of what you embody.

Your spiritual growth is a beautiful journey. Looking back over ten years, or more, I wouldn't have understood this, but I've learned the beauty of my vulnerability. I've discovered my purpose, my essence, my true power. The past is gone; the present is a gift; the future is unwritten. Don't let limiting beliefs hold you back.
